It is vital to have good legal representation.  Also, try to find some information on the real estate agent and the company showing the property. The Search I spent nearly four months looking for the right house in Nicaragua. Most of my time was spent searching in Léon. I settled on León because it reminded me of the university town that I called home for over twenty years.

Welcome to Hey Chelito! I have made the  decision to move to Nicaragua. I have visited here several times and simply, fell in love with the country, the people,  and the culture. I am writing this from a modest home in Managua, staying with a family while I transition to my new home in León.
